Having a vegetarian or vegan guest can be a daunting challenge to serve if your’e not of that ilk yourself.  No one wants to offend a friend, so here are some basic guidelines and rules to remember to keep you and your dinner date on congenial terms with each other.

• Vegetarian: A person who eats vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds, nuts, and usually eggs and dairy products but no meat or fish.
• Vegan:  Somebody who eats vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds, nuts, but no eggs, dairy products, meat, fish, or animal products of any kind.

Note to the wise, these guys see more tofu than anyone could shake a stick at, so get creative; portabella is the steak of the mushroom world and eggplant comes in so many varieties it should be super easy to impress with that combo.  Also, a casserole makes an awesome easy way for everyone to eat the same thing, without the emphasis on any one person’s particular eating habits.

Most people think of using the citronella bark collar to do just that, train their dog not to bark.  It is, without doubt, one of the best collars on the market for doing that, and far more humane than the sonic shock collar for example.

There is a new type of citronella collar on the market now that is activated, not by the dog barking, but by remote control. In other words, you, the pet owner or trainer, use the remote control to activate the spray from the citronella collar whenever you feel you need to. The best MLM leads are going to be people that are ambitious and have been involved in other mlm companies.  Everyone like the idea of making a lot of money from a lot of different people.  Your job as an MLM entrepeneur is to find those people that are ready to dive and start making money.  I'm sure you have experienced how easy it is to make money in a multi level marketing company by simply finding a few leads that are willing to do a lot of work.  Paying for leads is well worth your time and money.  Just like any other business you need to spend money to make money and the more money you spend on leads the more money will come your way in the future.

People all the time say that MLM network marketing is a numbers game. If you talk to enough people you will be able to sign at least some of them to your program. This may be true but stand back and ask your self if this is the right path. Should MLM be a numbers game or should it be a quality game?

What good does it do you to sign 100 people if only 10 of those people are ever going to do anything with the business and barely 3 will have any level of success. The cheap mlm leads got you very little in the end. You would have been much better off to spend your time finding the 3% who will grow your business and leave the other 97% for someone else to waste their time on.

The key to building any kind of business is finding good people. You will be much better off finding the few diamonds in the rough than filling your organization with rocks who will never do the work required.

Men are not supposed to have excess fat on their chest.  This is known as having man boobs and you know if you have them.  Most men are uncomfortable with how their chest looks but there is hope.  You can get rid of man boobs with the right chest workout routine.  The chest is not used enough on a daily basis to build adequate muscle for the removal of the chest fat that has accumulated over the years.  You have to do something different to have a different looking chest than you currently have.  Chest workouts don't take long and make you look and feel better.  You don't need to ever feel embarrassed about the way your chest looks again.  Just know that you are not alone and that there are programs made with you in mind.
