My brother lives in California, and with the recent drop in California Real Estate he just got a great deal on a home. The house he purchased is only 3 years old so everything is new and nice but it doesn't have a lot of customizations.

Usually when you purchase a new home every little thing from trim to cabinets is an add on that can really jack up the price. So it looks like whoever originally had this house built, just basically got the Plain Jane model, without adding a lot of expensive upgrades.

The floor plan is nice and the place is in good repair but it needs a little love for that exciting custom look we want in our homes. One easy fix that would have a dramatic effect on the living room would be to add some accessories to the fireplace.

I'm not talking about screens and tools although they look nice to but I'm talking about some custom fireplace accessories that will really give the room a classic look and upgrade the value of the home.

The current fireplace is gas and it is just really plain. For the classic look I would add on a custom white mantle and a new brass screen. It's amazing how these to simple additions would change the whole look and feel of the room.

The weekend is here, the weather is nice, and I am ready to go fishing! Tomorrow I am going to take my boys to a local lake (Joe Pool Lake in Texas) and see what we can catch. I have not had the boat out yet this year so I am really looking forward to some time out on the water.

We went to Joe Pool a few times last year. It is really convenient to get down there. That is both a good and bad thing. It is also easy to get to for a few million other people that live in the Metroplex. Once you are out on the water it is nice but to do what I am going to tomorrow, arrive at the lake on an early Sunday morning, there can be a bit of a traffic jam at the boatramp.

However that goes, it should be a good day overall!

The latest offering from the world of bollywood proves to be one of the biggest commercial projects of its industry. The top reason for this is that it has huge hollywood stars like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger ,playing cameos. This movie is going to set a new relationship between hollywood and bollywood cross overs ,as something like this has never been done before.Though action fans on the other hand will be very disappointed ,because their final hope of the Stallone + Arnold partnership movie will be crashed down ,because this is going to be a Romantic comedy .It will be released in the USA as Incredible love, and in India it is released by its original name Kambakht Ishq.

The movie will be released on May 29 , in India ,and in June 2 in the U.S

We are going through a fundamental shift in our economy and in our social structure as it comes to work.  Most of the people who were working during the depression are gone and most of their children who were impacted by the stories of the depression are out of or leaving the work force.  This leaves workers who really don't know how bad and economy and personal finance can get.   The workers now a days don't want to work as hard as their parents or grandparents.

What they do want though is more connection with other people and more relevance to their jobs.  When talking to potential MLM leads I find this more and more.  Actually, this is a good thing for this business.  It is mostly about interpersonnel relationships and helping other people to find success.

The newer generations seem to be very receptive to the idea that they can build a business that helps other people.  If you are not having much luck with the younger people try this approach and see what happens.
