With the various means of cooling your patio space, one of the best is using patio shades.  Not only can they provide that much needed protection from the suns direct heat, but can also be stylish.  You don’t have to sacrifice style for function or vice versa.  The only thing that you should be concerned about in the outdoor shade arena is ease of use.

There are a host of different types of shades to choose from.  You can opt for a manual type of patio shade that requires you to roll up or down.  Then, there are motorized shade options.  These can be done with a switch or with an automatic solar sensor.  These can automatically roll up and down when the sun tells them to do so.

I am somewhat of a collector of purses.  Nothing too formal, but when I see something I like, I buy it if I can afford it.  I have several coach bags just because I found a really good deal on eBay when a woman was selling off several of them.  My favorite though is a Brighton purse that I bought at a specialty store when I was visiting California.  Brighton purses are known for their high quality and for having a great warranty.  This last part means a lot for me for a purse or for any other product.  I prefer to only pay for something if I know it is being backed up by its maker.  Brighton purses do this and look good at the same time.  My next purchase that I'm saving up for is another Brighton to add to my collection.s

When a woman has confidence in herself you can tell by the way she walks, they way she talks, and the overall way she presents herself to the world. A confident woman knows that she doesn’t have to share all her goodies in order to get noticed. Here are a couple of tips you can use to dress like a classy and confident woman and get the respect that you deserve.

This first tip is one that is usually broken the most. Dress for your age! There’s nothing less classy than seeing a lady that’s 40ish in a skin tight mini and stilettos. Look ladies, you are not in your 20’s anymore and in order to demand respect you must first have respect for yourself. There’s nothing wrong with showing a bit of leg, but keep it modest and age appropriate.

Another important tip for looking classy and confident is feeling classy and confident. If you don’t believe in yourself or your self-worth, no one else will either. It’s important to know that every woman is special in her own way and you are no different. We are women, we all have flaws, but loving yourself is the first step in being able to be loved by others.

Recently I've noticed a lot of hype in the prospecting world about sluice boxes and their ability to catch the finest particles of gold possible. It's a veritable maze of  hype, BS, and legitimate poorly marketed products. Recently I had the chance to come apon a product that shook my very understanding of how these decades old peices of equipment can seperate gold. The natural progression of prospecting equipment has generally been as follows:

Faster, more efficient, more durable, lighter, more efficient, stronger, lighter, and finally ease of portability.

The latest designs of sluice boxes have now stepped up the bar and actually made things CHEAPER. That's something I havn't really ever witnessed in this industry. So far as I can remember, the price of equipment has kept rising right along side the price of gold. Since the more gold is worth, the more people are willing to give it a shot, and subsequently the more they can charge for the equipment that is suddenly is short supply. Now this isn't to say that the new plastic type sluice boxes are cheap... they are only cheapER. Engineering time aside the cost of materials and time to make the products are virtually nill, however they still fetch a price over 100 dollars.  If they work consistently the way I witnessed the other day I'd still consider that a bargain. Durability is my only concern because, while the designs are light weight and highly portable, I simply can't imagine them taking the kind of abuse the heavier duty aluminum boxes can take on a regular basis.

In the end it could all come down the preference and our own individual needs. The man I spoke with seemed to be very pleased with his purchase and its hard to argue with that. I'm looking forward to getting my hands dirty with a similar set up this summer! Only time will tell now.
