How do you do a French Pedicure?  Its actually very simple.  First thing you want to do is buy strip guides, and place them right below the white of your nail.  Then simply paint a THIN coat of white to the top of the nail.  Wait until it dries, and then remove the strip guide.

Next add a neutral nail polish over the whole nail (either pink, peach, or beige).  Pink is generally the most common of these three picked.  Add a second coat if you wish, and once that is done, be sure to add a topcoat for extra glossiness!  That is all there is to the French pedicure at home...good luck!

The original Dr. Simeon HCG Diet info does not include any type of exercise to assist losing weight.  I know a lot of my fellow dieters did exercise, sometimes to the extreme while on the diet.  I did not.  I felt that if the diet and HCG injections could not cause me to lose weight without copious amounts of exercise, then the cost and time involved would just not be worth it.  I did no exercise while on the diet and I still lost on average 1 lb per day.  Those who did exercise on the diet did not report any extra weight loss.  In fact, I would say that those who reported that the weight was not coming off fast enough were often those who were so fanatical about exercise.  This does not mean that you should stop exercise while on the HCG diet, but simply that the diet will work without gallons of sweat.

I've told my tales to so many people since I've been home that it's no longer unusual for me to go to a party and end up listening to someone retelling one of them to a third party while I listen on. Asia is filled with enormous cities that have more luxury and nightlife than you could ever hope to cram into a long and full lifetime. Seoul, Jakarta, Tokyo, Shangai; all are packed to the rafters with hotels and restaurants of a quality you would never see outside of Las Vegas in America. Not to mention the staggering array of museums and cultural centers that each of these proud cities boast as a way to share their histories with visitors.
