That may cause hearing loss and I'm pretty sure you don't want that.

4. Stop using in-ear headphones as it may damage your eardrums if the sound gets too loud. Use over-the-ear headphones because they're more safer. Now, don't ever try to drown out the background noise around you by turning up the volume of whatever kind of headphones you're using. If you do this you are putting your ears at risk.
