Fat Burning Exercises

Many people want to learn the secret fat burning exercises that will make them skinny in a few simple workouts.  While exercising is very important to health it will not get you into great shape by itself.  You need a specific diet plan along with a workout routine to lose weight.  Once you start eating right you will see the results from the following exercises:

  • Running is a great way to burn extra calories but should not be thought of as a way to lose weight.  Losing weight is accomplished mostly through dieting.
  • Lifting Weights is even more important than running to lose weight.  You need to build muscle all over your body to really lose weight.  You can't just do cardio and never lifts weights to slim down.  Muscle burns fat faster than fat burns fat.  So the more muscle you can put on your body the quicker you will lose weight.
