Indoor water fountains and indoor wall fountains come in fancy designs and are made out of materials such as marble, copper and wood.  It is true that indoor water fountains are good to look at.  It is also true that the trickling sound they make creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Indoor wall fountains have beauty in their design and some also offer functionality such as a clock wall fountain.  The different varieties that are offered by the clock fountain are antique, modern and sleek.  For example, the clock fountain has a window frame with a round top and a cross pattern in the centre of the frame.  Within the round section, a clock is centered and there is an arrangement of waterfalls beneath the clock.  Underneath the clock is also a water pitcher from which water runs and empties in a bowl opposite the pitcher. The bowl then empties the water into the base of the fountain from where the water is pulled back to the pitcher and circulates in the same manner over and over again.

Some water fountains add humidity to the air. Whether placed in the home or in office, this kind of fountain is surely good for everyone.  Some designs have dolphins, mermaids, shells and angels on them.  Some have flowers while others have structures of Greek Gods to add a romantic ambience to the design work.

Some indoor wall fountains have a glossy look which does not incorporate much pattern or design in the creation.  The water which runs along the glossy texture makes its own pattern while falling into the trough at the base of the fountain.
