ways to help minimize this problem, exercising in your target heart rate zone is a great way to ensure you get a good cardio-vascular workout and it is relatively short. If you have a problem are like butt and thighs choose the right equipment that will target muscles in these areas for the best results.
Having your own gym equipment at home is going to increase the probability of your success when it comes to achieving your exercise targets. Leasing gym equipment is a great way to get the item or items you need without a large outlay of cash up front. Treadmills are a terrific piece of equipment to have when it comes to meeting our target heart rate requirements every week, the formula for working out your THR is;
220 – Your age = your target heart rate (exercise at 70 – 80% of your THR)
If you have a treadmill warm up by walking for 5 minutes, run for 20-30 seconds so that your THR is at 70/80% capacity, rest for 90 seconds, repeat this a total of 8 times in the session, walk for 4-5 minutes to finish. Repeat 2 - 3 times a week, you can even carry some hand weights to get incorporate the weight bearing component of your exercise requirements. On the days in between, target your problem area by using the right equipment, like the lateral thigh trainer, you will see results if you keep this up. The best results will come when you combine your exercise with a diet low in saturated fats and synthetic sugars.
