Old Smokey Charcoal Grills Are the Secret to Great Grilling
Old Smokey Charcoal Grills are a favorite among many outdoor lovers. However, did you know that before making their famous outdoor grill, the company as known for making stovepipes, pails, coffee cans, oil cans, beer cans, trashcan lids and washtubs? Then in 1953, the company introduced their first charcoal grill, which was made by placing two pails together.
That grill was then given to customers as a gift for their dedicated loyalty. Customers loved it so much that they spread the word to their family and friends and soon everyone wanted one!
Since then, times have changed and many of the company’s products have become obsolete. However, one thing remains and that of course is their Old Smokey Charcoal Grills. Today however there are three new sizes of that classic favorite. There’s the 14-inch grill, the 18-inch grill and the 22-inch grill. Of course not much has changed other than that, and customers just wouldn’t have it any other way!
