Reasons to lose the love handles

Losing weight is difficult, losing your love handles are even more difficult. Your love handles are usually the last to budge, if at all. So how do you remove love handles then? You have to understand love handles first and you have to have reasons to lose the love handles. Love handles are excess fat accumulated on your sides. So the easiest way to remove love handles is to lower your body fat percentage. Some exercises that will help you lower your body fat percentage is weight training, cardio and stressing less. Weight training is the best way to burn fat, by building more muscle. Cardio will help you burn off existing fat and by stressing less you will lower the chance of fat storage in your tummy. You have to incorporate cardio, weight training and stressing less with eating right to see the best results. Just always believe in yourself.
