Remembering Your Anniversary
It may seem incredible, but did you know that over 75% of married men have forgotten their wedding anniversary at least once during their married life. Contrast this with women, who only 25% have ever forgotten, and you will see why men get such a bad rap sometimes. Remembering an anniversary is not just a token gesture, and it’s not just a tradition that is to be blindly followed.
The celebration of marriage is one of the most spiritual types of celebrations you can have. Many people use this time of year to reaffirm their wedding vows to each other; it is a reminder of our promise as a couple to stay together whatever may come. So make sure that this year, you take the time to recognise the importance of your anniversary with each other. Even if the gesture is just as simple as giving a happy anniversary card.
