All baby shower poems should be composed by those attending the baby shower. If you purchase a card with a poem someone else wrote, it shows you are not that excited about the event. You do not have to be a poet to write baby shower poems. Perhaps you are a poet and can make a living writing these poems, but that will come later. Assume you are not a poet, the effort you put into writing this poem is what is important. When you write the best poem you can, people will see this and it will be appreciated.
