Not too long ago I went to the grocery store to see if I keep cash myself a personal check. I had forgotten to go to the bank earlier in the day and I didn’t have a debit card at the time. I couldn’t believe how difficult it was to have a personal check cashed. Apparently the grocery store has a policy where you have to use a personal check for groceries a few times before you can use one to cash in. So my only resort was to go and get a discount advance from a payday loan place. I cannot believe it is so difficult these days. It used to not be hard to get the money out of your bank account without a debit card. I am glad that I went to the pay day place but even there they asked me a ton of questions. I guess people just are not as honest as they used to be.
