All of your family loves it when you cook!  You are the favorite dinner parties in your social circle.  Sometimes your friends even ask if you'll cook for their parties because your food is so amazing.  Are you ready to leave your day job and take on the challenges of culinary arts now?  It's a tough journey to add culinary school to your already rigorous schedule, but if you make it there is great money to be made as a head chef.  And the work will fly by if you already love cooking.  The only real challenge you need to figure out before you start is; will having a cooking career ruin my love for cooking?  If this is the case you may not want to change careers.
