A Fast Weight Loss Diet
Anyone who wants to loss weight quickly should try a juice fast. Most people do not like the idea of not eating solid food for 3 days straight, but they can actually do well with it if they force themselves to give it a try. The only problem is the psychological fear of not eating any food holds them back.
Now if you want a fast weight loss diet that can really drop pounds for you quickly, you have to combine at least a 3 day juice fast with some light exercise. I would recommend that you walk for at least one hour per day. You can do more than this if you want but that is the bare minimum. Drink as much juice as you like and you will not feel any hunger.
