Can you really eat for free for a whole week with grocery coupons? I ran across this headline the other day on a blog post. I got to wondering if I could get enough free products every week with grocery coupons to eat totally for free for a week. There are some pretty good rules set up to make sure the diet is reasonably nutritious and balanced as well. This looks like an interesting experiment somebody is taking on in trying to answer the question of how to eat when you have no money in your pocket and don’t want to mooch off your family and friends forever. I am looking forwards to see the results of their project for how to eat free with grocery coupons for a whole week or more. Wouldn’t it be great for everyone struggling financially if the answer was yes to free groceries?

Do grocery coupons really save you money? Are they really worth your time?
I always get at laugh out of a question like this. Why you may ask? Undoubtedly half of you are answering yes, while the other half are of you giving an emphatic no as the answer!
I say grocery coupons are definitely worth your time. Why do I say yes rather than no? The truth is that they do save money, a lot of money if used correctly. Notice the little word if as a big disclaimer.
How to get the most out of your cents-off offers:
- Combine with store sales to get the biggest savings.
- Use more than one “like offer” when you can get a free or drastically reduced item.
- Be consistient. Don’t take the time one week and then skip it the next.
There really isn’t much you need to know to become a super shopper. The truth is that with proper use, manufacturer grocery coupons can save you thousands of dollars a year.
