Some advanced security cameras come with intelligent alarm systems to help protect the security camera and the surveillance system. Sometimes known as intelligent video, depending on the manufacturer offering the feature, it can detect when the camera is being tampered with or if the security camera’s view has been redirected or obscured. Whenever there is a change in the camera’s normal operating conditions, an alert is sent to the operators.
