One of the most important things you can do in a marriage is talk.  It doesn't have to be about anything special, deep or profound.  You just need to talk about something.  Hopefully something a little more that about the weather, but even that is at least something.  Marriage communication is essential to the well being of any marriage.  Believe me, I know from which I speak, as I've been married for over twenty years.  Some of it's mean amazing, but some of it has been somewhat less than amazing.  One thing I can say with a certainity, is that when we were talking things were always good.  It's all about maintaining a healthy relationship, and working out the differences.  That can only occur with good communication.
