Stretching as Part of Tennis Elbow Exercises
Stretching is a vital form of tennis elbow exercise. This is simple and easy to do that really works wonders. Simple stretching may help prevent your tennis elbow from becoming severe or this may help in preventing tennis elbow from happening to you. Tennis elbow is an injury that involves inflammation in the outer part of elbow muscles or tendons due to overexertion or repetitive movement. The symptoms of this injury are mainly characterized by pain, pain in the elbow that usually radiates down the forearm or pain when lifting a cup of coffee.
It is important that you help your elbow heal first before starting any exercises because this may worsen your condition if done incorrectly. You should let your injured elbow rest first.
