Brides are now opting for their favorite store-bought, straight-from-the-shelf desserts such as Twinkies, Sno Balls, and Moon Pies! These long loved snacks are being served on cascading cake stands leaving the guests with more options than ever before.

If you are on a tight budget adopting an alternative to the traditional wedding cake would save you a fist full of cash. Your alternative could be geared by your personal favorites whatever they maybe. Renting a chocolate fountain and providing fresh fruit, pretzels, and pastries for your guests might appeal to you. Maybe you might also consider a wedding pie. These types of pies can be dressed up similar to a wedding cake and even placed on tiers, only cheaper.

The only thing that I wanted to do was to make a wedding cake, and throw lot of decorations on it. My friends all thought that I was crazy for wanting to go back to school so bad, I didn't agree. They told me that all summer I could have signed up for cooking classes that specialize in baking wedding cakes. I had already knew about those classes but you had to be enrolled in a special private school in order to be part of the classes. That's the only thing that kept me from taking them.
