The Best Chest and Leg Exercises at Home

1. Chest Press – This works on major chest muscles, shoulders and triceps.  First, lay your back on a bench and hold weights over your chest; elbows have to make 90-degree bends.  Push your arms straight up, and then lower it back to original position.

2. Pushups - This works for almost all body muscles, but stresses on your arms and chest. When performing a basic pushup, press your hands straight out on a flat surface, bend your arms and lower down your body as far as you can hold.  Bring your arms to original position by pushing up without locking elbows.

3. Chest Flies - The fly like the pushup works on all body parts with focus on outer portions.  For performing a fly, you should lay your back on a bench with your palms facing inward.  Lower down weights out to your sides, and then slightly bend your elbows. You should stops at shoulder level, and then carry weights back to original position.

These chest exercises at home provides good alternatives for people who cannot afford the weight of gym subscriptions, but want to have sculpted chests.

Leg Exercises at Home

1. Squats – This works for almost the whole lower body and really is among the best fat-burning routines possible. Because it's quite an advanced technique – you must focus.

2. Deadlifts – This is not for your legs only, but for the whole body too. This is a rather advanced exercise just like squats. When performing a technical exercise such as deadlifts, a great deal of body awareness is required.

3. Lunges – This is a great exercise for having well-toned lower bodies. Just like any other exercise, you can do all sorts of variations.

Having leg exercises at home is a good example for building up muscle in the lower area of the body and helps the other body parts as well.
