  • Making impulsive and suicidal decision about crucial matters like giving up job without considering its consequences.
  • Doing expensive shopping beyond you can afford just to distract yourself from your feelings.
  • Indulging in watching T.V. soaps and browsing internet for endless hours to block any social interaction and other relationships.
  • Depending on others to take your decisions and provide solutions to your troubles.
  • Becoming over-conscious over-prepared and over-stressed about your work to prevent any mistakes.
  • Deliberately allow yourself to be rejected by others.
  • Occupying yourself with too many things so that you have no time to confront emotional or relationship issues.
  • Not trusting and getting help from your loved ones and friends.
  • Spoiling relationship with others by being verbally abusive and rude to them.
  • Being destructive and taking support of alcohol and other addictive drugs to block your feelings.
  • Involving in gamble and life risks such as crossing roads without looking at vehicles, play gamble with borrowed money.
  • Avoiding intimate and physical relationship with your partner as a way of subtle revenge.
  • Being obsessive about cleanliness or other matters and compulsively following a routine to feel alright. Like washing hands frequently, or counting your steps all the time.
  • Constantly being in hurry like talking and walking faster than usual; escaping from a situation by lying etc.
